Zwiebel in Fett rösten und mit fein geschnittener Petersilievermischen. Milch mitversprudelten Eiern, kleinwürfelig geschnittenes Brot, Zwiebel und Salz vermengen und rasten lassen. Das Mehl in die Masse leicht anrühren, würzen und Knödel formen. Kochzeit 15 – 20 Minuten ganz leicht kochen (köcheln wie eine Suppe) lassen.
